The Yukon Council of Archives (YCA) is hosting a two-day Managing Archival Photograph Collections Workshop in Whitehorse at the Yukon Archives on Wednesday, November 6th through Thursday, November 7th from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The Workshop Presenter will be Michelle Barroca, a very experienced Archives and Recorded Information Management (RIM) consultant specializing in Indigenous records organization. Michelle has a long-time association with YCA, providing workshops and mentoring for First Nations and other organizations.  

This workshop is open to all YCA Members as a first priority and to others if space is available. There is a $50 fee to participate in this workshop. Participants who need assistance for travel and other costs to attend the workshop may submit an application to the Heritage Training Fund by October 15th, 2024.
